Leaving the City Centre, continue North
onto the A6.

Follow the A6 for approx 6.5 miles.

Signposted Sileby, exit the A6, turn left
onto Sileby Road for approx 0.5 miles.

Sileby Road becomes Mountsorrel Lane,
continue for another 0.87 miles.

Turn right onto Barrow Road and then an
immediate left onto King Street.

Continue under the railway bridge and
straight over the mini roundabout.

Turn right onto Swan Street and
continue for 50 metres.

Parkside House is situated on your right.

Exit M1 at Junction 23 (signposted
Loughborough).

Join the New Ashby Road (A512) towards
Loughborough, continue for approx
2.25 miles.

Enter the roundabout and leave at
the 3rd exit onto Epinal Way (A6004).
Continue along the A6004 for approx
2.25 miles.

Enter One Ash Roundabout and leave
at the 3rd exit onto the A6.

Continue along the A6 for approx
2.49 miles.

Leave the A6, turn left onto Sileby Road
for approx 0.33 miles. Sileby Road
becomes Mountsorrel Lane, continue
for another 0.87 miles.
