Padders teamed up with us as their creative partner to identify a real point of difference to help them stand out in what had become an extremely competitive and crowded market. Through a series of workshops with various stakeholders we took a deeper dive into understanding their target audience and their buying behaviours. Following this we worked closely with the team in Kettering to devise a marketing calendar for the year identifying the different campaigns, channels and assets required in line with their budget.
Our findings lead us to create a concept that focused around comfort and seasonally themed props providing flexibility across the two main campaigns (Autumn Winter and Spring Summer). In addition to this we needed to ensure that any smaller campaigns throughout the year from Valentine’s Day to Christmas could be adapted from the main campaigns ensuring consistency throughout. Following this our responsibility was to manage each campaign from start to finish from including photography, brochure pagination and design, e-mail marketing and social media.
